Change the Cut Order: Trace

  • Click on Options > Show Cut Order Numbers to display the cut order numbers on the objects. 

    • The Cut Order Numbers will be displayed next to each object.

Select Show Cut Order Numbers to Display the Current Cut Order of Objects on the Design
  • Only objects matching the Bevel/Cartridge Type selection will be displayed. 

  • The other Bevel/Cartridge Types of the design on the screen will be grayed out.

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

The Fallout is the part of the mat that is removed when a design is cut.

Typically, the Fallout is discarded, or saved for another project if large enough.

Sometimes the Fallout is considered as part of the design, such as the Dropouts on the inner portions of LetterMat letters.

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

Through Nesting, another design may be cut within the fallout.
