Connections: The Headis attached to the Gantry and moves vertically along it. The Gantry is a spanning framework which attaches to the top and bottom of the Boardand moves horizontally across it. As the Gantry moves horizontally, the Headmoves vertically and the Footblock rotates to apply the Cartridge to the matboard. The Head Drop of the Headis controlled by the Air Valve Assembly located in the Gantryand the ECU/Driver Pack signals. The Footblock Blade Plunge of the Footblock is controlled by the Air Valve Assembly located in the Gantryand the ECU/Driver Pack signals.

Troubleshooting: If the Footblock is not Plunging: If the Footblock is suddenly misrotating: Make sure the Blade Cartridge Release Lever hasn’t been knocked out of position. Manually rotate the Footblock to see if the Blade Cartridge Release Lever is striking something and rotate it back into position. Are the connection cables for the ECU/Driver Pack, Gantry, Computer and Control Panel (if appropriate) on tight? Turn off the ECU/Driver Pack close the software. Turn on the ECU/Driver Pack restart the software.
