Click on the Trace and Draw tab and click on the Edit radio button.
Move the cursor over an object until you see the Hand Pointer Control Point.
Click on the object taking care not to click on a Control Point.
Drag it to desired position.
Release the cursor to place the object in the new position.
Options > Show Control Points
