Click on a Ruler and drag onto the editor to place a Guide.Â
Click on the Guide and drag it to the desired position.
Optionally, click the Guide and click the Properties Tab to edit the position of the Guide.
Optionally, Right-Click on the Guide and select Guide Properties.
