Folded Corner Design Using the #112: Ornamental or the #106: Mixed

These instructions will show you how to create a Folded Corner design.

This design gives the appearance that the top layer’s corners have folded into the design and that the other layer’s corners are poking out from the missing corner.

Traditionally, a design like this would require a specialized Template or editing it in Trace.

Now with the introduction of the #112: Ornamental template and the existing #106: Mixed template, you can now make this with a few simple clicks.

Click New Mat Design on the FrameShop Main Page.

Click Cancel on the New Openings Screen.

On the Openings Tab, bring the template #112: Ornamental or the #106: Mixed onto the Editor.

NOTE: Selecting different Templates and adjusting their Parameters will give you an unlimited range of creative options.
