Closing an Object

Closing an Object

  • The Close function will connect the adjoining segments together as an enclosed object.

  • Click on an object that has all but the last segment connected. 

  • Select the Close button.

  • For Additional Information:

  • Select the desired objects and click the Join Button.

  • Select Edit>Auto Join Segments to automatically join all of the adjacent segments together.

  • Click the Auto Join Segments button to automatically join all of the adjacent segments together.

The Close tool will connect the remaining open Segment of an object to complete the Circuit in Trace.

This is usually the last step after Joining the segments.
