FrameShop Online Help F1: Click FrameShop Online Help or F1 on the keyboard to open up this FrameShop online help system.

Wizard Knowledge Base: Select this to open the Wizard Knowledge Base.

Remote Support: Selecting this will open up a Remote Session so that the Wizard Technical Support technician can connect to your computer. It will generate a set of numbers for you to read to the Technician.
