With the end of support for Windows 7, Wizard would like to reiterate our Policy for Supporting Unsupported Windows Operating Systems. 

For supported Windows operating systems, Microsoft continues to release patches to fix security and other issues it identifies in Windows.  However Microsoft does not patch previously delivered versions of Windows indefinitely.  Microsoft has a well-defined schedule regarding when your Windows operating system support will end. 

When delivered, all personal computers sold by Wizard are configured with Windows Updates enabled, and it is the policy of Wizard that customers should regularly perform their Windows updates.  Inability to do so opens your PC up to infection by viruses and vulnerable to security issues.  Wizard cannot be responsible for the operation of Wizard software or CMCs if updates are not regularly applied.  Wizard will provide software updates for Wizard software to all customers with Service Plans free of charge.  This includes all of our rental customers. 

For long time customers, a computer upgrade is a perfect time to install the new Frameshop software.  If you are considering a new computer for your CMC, contact Wizard.  Computers may be purchased preloaded with Frameshop and configured to work with your CMC.
