Troubleshooting Utility for Editing the Configurations
Use the Troubleshooting Utility to make quick edits to the Configurations. Contents:

Adjusting Oval V-Grooves

The Troubleshooting screen will display the Feather and Bump sections for Oval V-Grooves.

Select which part of the V-Groove to edit (Outside, Inside, Both) by clicking the desired radio-buttons between the Less Feather and Less Bump sections.
Select which part of the object to edit by clicking the Less Feather or Less Bump buttons.
If the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove has a Feather, select Less Feather.
If the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove cuts with a Bump, select Less Bump.
If the Inside cut of the Oval V-Groove has a Feather, select Less Feather.
If the Inside cut of the Oval V-Groove cuts with a Bump, select Less Bump.

Outside Oval V-Groove Feather Definition

A Feather in the Outside cut of an Oval V-Groove is a Fringe of material left behind where the cut started and ended on the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove.

If the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove has a Feather, Increase the Outside Oval Rotation.

Inside Oval V-Groove Bump Definition

A Bump in the Inside cut of an Oval V-Groove is a Lump of material left behind where the cut started and ended on either the Inside Cut of the Oval V-Groove.

If the Inside cut of the Oval V-Groove cuts with a Bump, Increase the Inside Oval Rotation.

How to Adjust the Oval Rotation

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

How to Adjust the Oval Rotation

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

Calculate Home Adjustments

Cut a one layer rectangle opening without Cutting the Outside.
From the front of the mat, measure the Right and Bottom borders from the inside of the bevel to the edge of the mat.
Enter those values into the Act Right Border (Actual Right Border) and Act Btm Border (Actual Bottom Border) fields.
Click on the Calc Home Adjustments button to recalculate and adjust the Horizontal and Vertical positions.
Do a test cut to confirm that it is correct and readjust if necessary.

If the Opening is cut Too Far Left Horizontally, Increase the Horizontal Home.

If the Opening is cut Too Far Right Horizontally, Decrease the Horizontal Home.

Vertical Home General Definition

The Vertical Home defines the global Vertical placement of objects cut with the Blade Cartridges.

If the Opening is cut Too Far Up Vertically, Decrease the Vertical Home.

If the Opening is cut Too Far Down Vertically, Increase the Vertical Home.

Calculate Opening Adjustments

Cut a one layer rectangle opening.
From the front of the mat, measure the Width and Height of the opening from the inside of the bevel.
Enter those values into the Actual Height and Actual Width fields.
Click on the Calc Opening Adjustment button to recalculate and adjust the Opening Adjustment value.
Do a test cut to confirm that it is correct and readjust if necessary.
