Where to Find Your Customer ID

  • In FrameShop 4.0.8. and above, the Customer ID and System ID are displayed in the upper right corner of the Main Screen.

  • You can also click on either the Customer ID or System ID on the main screen to open the License Screen.

Customer ID on the License Screen

  • The Customer ID is the identifier assigned to the customer.

  • Each licensed copy of FrameShop will have a Customer ID.

  • For Additional Information:

  • The Customer ID is also displayed in the upper right panel on the Main Screen.

  • Click the Customer ID button to open the License Screen.

System ID on the License Screen

  • The System ID is the ID number of the Wizard CMC associated with the installed copy of FrameShop.

  • Save-alone copies of FrameShop (software-only) do not have or display a System ID.

  • For Additional Information:

  • Click the System ID button to open the License Screen.
