Opening Adjustment on Creases

 How to Select the Bevel Type to Edit

Select desired Cartridge Tab

Select the desired Bevel Type from Current Bevel Type.

Edit the desired Configuration field.

 How to Adjust the Opening Adjustment

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

Crease Size too Big

 Opening Adjustment for Crease Definition

The Opening Adjustment controls the size of the Opening cut or Object applied with non-blade cartridges.

If the Crease is Too Large, Decrease the Opening Adjustment.

 How to Adjust the Opening Adjustment

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

Opening Adjustment in the Troubleshooting Screen

  • Enter the measured height and width of the opening into the appropriate fields and clicking the Calc Opening Adjustment button. 

  • Make sure that only a single opening is present on the screen, otherwise the Troubleshooting Button will be grayed out.
