45 Degree Plus Cartridge Configurations

  • The 45 Degree Plus Cartridge cuts a 45° bevel into thicker matboard such as 8-ply. 

  • Older systems may have a yellow plastic 45°+ Cartridge.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds a Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

Select the 45 Degree Plus Cartridge Bevel Type

 How to Select the Bevel Type to Edit

Select desired Cartridge Tab. 

Select the desired Bevel Type from Current Bevel Type.

Edit the desired Configuration field.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type is the Angle that the blade cuts on the Matboard/Fallout surface when it is not cut at a 90° Right Angle.

45 Degree Plus Opening Configurations

The 45 Degree Plus Opening cuts a 45° bevel into the thicker matboard opening.

45 Degree Plus Drop Configurations

The 45 Degree Plus Drop cuts a 45° bevel into the thicker matboard drop.

45 Degree Plus Outside Configurations

The 45 Degree Plus Outside cuts a 45° bevel into the thicker matboard outside.

45 Degree Plus V-Groove Configurations

The 45 Degree Plus V-Groove cuts a 45° bevel into the thicker matboard V-Groove.
