Cuts the Exterior V-Groove Line.
Cuts into matboard, not the fallout.
Cuts counter-clockwise.
This uses the Outside Rotation.

Problem:

Resolution:

If the Outside Non-Oval V-Groove cuts with a Swoop, Decrease

has a Swoop, Decrease the Outside Rotation.
If the Outside cut of the V-Groove has a Flare, Increase the Outside Rotation.
