• The Variable Pressure Optimization (VPO) feature on the Heads that include this feature controls the pressure that the Head applies to the material being cut.

• This allows the user to cut Dense and Extra Dense material by adjusting the Air Pressure of the VPO.

Connections:

• The Variable Pressure Optimization (VPO) Gauge is located on the lower left of the Head.

• The Variable Pressure Optimization (VPO) Knob is located on the left side of the Head just under the faceplate.

Troubleshooting:

• If the VPO Head is not Lifting/Lowering to the material:

  • Check the Air Compressor and make sure it is on.

  • Check the air lines to make sure they are not kinked.

  • Are the connection cables for the ECU/Driver Pack, Gantry, Computer and Control Panel (if appropriate) on tight?

  • Turn off the ECU/Driver Pack close the software. Turn on the ECU/Driver Pack restart the software.

  • Make sure the VPO is not set too low.

  • Check the Actuator Valve in the Air Valve Assembly located in the Gantry; the Air Valve Assembly may need to be replaced.
