The Non-Blade Tool is too Deep, Decrease the Depth Setting.

The Pen Cartridge Tears the Mat.
Resolution:
The Non-Blade Tool is Tearing in the Corners of the segments, Increase the Corner Pause.
The Non-Blade Tool is Pausing Too Long in the Corners of the segments, Decrease the Corner Pause.

The Corner Pause setting in Configurations is the amount of time, in milliseconds, to pause the application of the Non-Blade Tools between segments.

The Pen Lines are drawn too Long.

The Overshoot controls how far past the end of the Line/Arc Segment to apply the Non-Blade Tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl). This is similar to the Overcut used with the Blade cartridges. |
Set Pen to Plunge Between Pen Line Segments
Resolution:
The Non-Blade Tool leaves a Dot where it plunges, select Unplunge.
The Non-Blade Tool takes Too Long to apply, select Plunge.
