The Plunge function controls whether to Plunge/Unplunge between the Line/Arc Segments of an object when applying a Non-Blade Tool.

The Non-Blade Tool leaves a Dot where it plunges, select Unplunge.

The Non-Blade Tool takes Too Long to apply, select Plunge.

This is different from the Plunge Count which controls the number of Blade Plunges for each Blade Cartridge before pausing for a Blade Change.
