To Rotate the Starburst in Trace:

Click Ctrl + A to select all objects on the design. Optionally, click Edit > Select All.
Click the Edit radio button on the Trace and Draw Tab.
On the Rotate Degrees field, enter 30*.

The CutArt will Rotate.

CutArt™ are simple shapes and design elements created by Wizard that can be added to designs.

CutArts can be applied to your current design and resized and rotated. edited, such as resizing and rotating.

They can be Cut, Debossed, Penned or cut on Vinyl.

Trace, Save, Cut

Save the CutArt. You will get a message stating that this design contains objects that do not have an assigned Bevel Type. This refers to the Alignment Lines that we didn't Trace. Click Yes that you wish to continue.
The CutArt is saved.
Load the CutArt into the Design editor.
Cut the CutArt.

Since it is a Deboss design, you can also size it much smaller if desired without worrying about Overcuts and Backups Optionally, you can also bring the CutArt straight to the Cut Preview from Trace. The Starburst design is completed.

The Bevel Type is the Angle that refers to the angle at which the blade cuts on the Matboard/Fallout surface of the matboard when it is not cut at a 90° Right Angle.deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

Tracing the Design provides the Bevel Type and other necessary information to the Vector design in order to either Cut or apply with a Non-Blade Tool on the CMC.

The Set Bevels Tab in Trace contains the tools needed to Trace the design.

The Deboss cartridge stylus presses onto the surface of the matboard to create a subtle design.

There are three Deboss stylus sizes: Wide, Medium, Thin.

In addition to TemplatesTemplate Shapes, you can also Deboss CutArts, LetterMats and TTFs.

Comparison

You can see how much we changed the design when you compare it to what we started with. You can alter the design greatly by changing the number of sides of the template, selecting a different template, changing the CutArt placed, and even the number of degrees of rotation when you place it on the Editor.
