The 45° Front Normal Bevel Open V-Groove involves two symmetrical cuts from the front: one in the matboard and a corresponding cut in the fallout, both forming a mirrored arrangement a specified distance apart.
Both the matboard core and the lower layer matboard are visible from the front.
The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.
The Bevel Type determines the initial blade plunge position.
The Drop is one of the categories within certain opening styles, like the initial section cut of an Open V-Groove. However, it cannot be chosen as a standalone bevel type within the Design Editor.
First Cut: Cuts the Interior cut into the Fallout Clockwise: Normal Bevel Drop.
