Horizontal Belt Tension Adjustment: All Current CMC Models

Adjusting the Horizontal Belt Tension
Reset the Horizontal Belt tension if the Horizontal Drive Belt feels loose. Click the Reset Motors button to turn off power to the motors.	Click Reset Motors Button
Move the Gantry all the way to the left edge of the Board. Loosen one full turn only the lower 3/16” Allen Belt Tension Screw from the right bottom side of the lower Board Rail marked with a red dot.	Loosen Allen Belt Tensioner Screw That’s Located on the Right Bottom Side of the Lower Rail One Turn
The Belt Tensioner will spring into place.	The Tensioner Springs Should be Visible
Snugly retighten the screw. Repeat these steps on the upper Board Rail.	Tighten the Allen Belt Tensioner Screw
