Borders Properties

Use the Border Properties to edit the individual proprietary adjustments available for the Borders.

Click on a green Border line and click on the Properties Tab.

Optionally, Right-Click on the Border Lines and select Edit Borders to open the Borders Properties.

Edit the Border properties on the Properties tab.

Border Dimensions                         

Enter the desired value for each border field.

Set the Borders Defaults

The default setting for the Borders can be set in the Admin > Editor section.

Border Options

Select the desired behavior of the Borders

Even Borders

Check the Even Borders checkbox to apply the same value to all four borders when one value is changed.

Uncheck the Even Borders checkbox to edit each border entry individually. 

Note: The Even Borders setting does not affect resizing the borders with the mouse. The Even Borders setting only affects the edit fields on the Borders Properties Tab.

Lock Borders

Check the Lock Borders checkbox to lock the borders lines so they cannot be dragged or resized with the mouse. 

The Borders sizes can still be changed via the Properties Tab size field edit boxes. 

Unlock Borders

Uncheck the Lock Borders checkbox to unlock the border lines.

The borders can then be dragged and resized with the mouse.

Apply Borders To

Select how you want objects to snap to the borders from the Apply Borders dropdown control.

Select either Bottom Layer or Top Layer.

Borders and Dynamic Outsides Toggle

When using the Dynamic Outsides, the Apply Borders To properties indicates whether the Borders are added to the top layer or the bottom layer of the current objects on the Editor when creating the new outside dimension.

Apply Borders to Bottom Layer

Here the Borders are positioning from the Bottom layer.

Apply Borders to Top Layer

Here the Borders are positioning from the Top layer.
