Check the Lock Borders checkbox to Lock the Borders from being dragged with the mouse.
The Border lines are locked and cannot be dragged or resized with the mouse.
The Borders sizes can still be changed via the Borders Properties size fields.
The Border is the area of precisely definable width between the outside edge of a mat and the edge of the opening(s).
