Click File > Load to select the desired designs.
The Design Carousel displays all of the currently loaded designs in the Design Editor, allowing you to made edits across different designs at once, such as copying elements between them.

Hold down the Ctrl Key and click on each desired file.
Click Open to load the files into the Carousel.
The designs are loaded into the Design Carousel.
