Check the Lock Borders checkbox to Lock the Borders from being dragged with the mouse.
The Border lines are locked and cannot be dragged or resized with the mouse.
The Borders sizes can still be changed via the Borders Properties size fields.
To Unlock the Borders, Uncheck the Lock Borders checkbox.
The Border lines are unlocked and can now be dragged or resized with the mouse.
