A Bump in the Outside cut of an Oval V-Groove is a Lump of material left behind where the cut started and ended on the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove.
If the Outside cut of the Oval V-Groove cuts with a Bump, Decrease the Outside Oval Rotation.

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.
Click OK and do another test cut.
Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
