How to Make a Reverse Bevel Open V-Groove

  • This will show you how to edit the V-Groove and change it from a Closed V-Groove to an Open V-Groove and change it to be Reverse Bevel.

  • Click New Mat Design on the FrameShop Main Page.

  • Click Cancel on the New Openings Screen.

  • On the Openings Tab, click the Add V-Groove button to place the V-Groove onto the Editor.

    • If you have an object selected, the V-Groove Offset screen will open.

    • Enter the Distance to place the V-Groove and click OK.

  • Click on the Properties Tab to edit it.

  • Enter the desired size for the V-Groove.

  • On the VG Width field, enter any Value above Zero(0).

    • Any value over Zero (0) is an Open V-Groove.

    • The value of Zero (0) is a Closed V-Groove.

  • Select the Blade Cartridge type.

  • Under Type select the Bevel Type, which in this case is Reverse.

  • The Reverse Bevel Open V-Groove is now complete.
