Unscrew Air Valve Assembly From the Gantry |
---|
Locate the Air Valve Assembly at the top left side of the Gantry by standing in front of the Gantry and looking straight through the wires/Air Lines to the back plate of the Gantry. Locate the two Allen Screws holding the Air Valve Assembly in place.
| |
Do not adjust the other two screws on the Air Valve Assembly. Use a 7/64” Allen wrench T-Handle to remove the screws securing the Air Valve Assembly to the Gantry. Take note that these screws are tight and may be difficult to remove. Save the screws.

Unplug Power Plugs |
---|
Before unplugging the power plugs, note the position of each one. The bottom one, closest to the back of the Gantry, has a red plastic marker. The middle plug has a clear/white plastic marker, and the top plug has no marker at all.

Screw in the Replacement Air Valve Assembly to the Gantry |
---|
Take the screws from the old Air Valve Assembly and place them into the new one. Line up the screws to the screw holes and screw into the back of the Gantry. It is easier to screw one screw in partially and then the other to ensure proper alignment, then go back and tighten them.

Last Steps |
---|
Replace the upper Hood by screwing in the screw that holds it in place. You may have to gently move the Air Lines a bit in order for it to fit snuggly. Turn on the air source. Send back the old Air Valve Assembly to Wizard as directed. You are done.
