Align the Head

  • Click the Align the Head button to Align the Head into the cutting position and power up the motors in preparation of cutting a mat.

  • For Additional Information: See the Disengage button to cut the power to the motors of the cutting head if the Head is Aligned.

  • Aligning the Head will only get the machine ready to cut, but not actually cut.

  • You will need to click the Cut Button to cut the design.

Align the Head Button vs. the Cut Button

  • If you click the Align the Head button, the head will align and remain so until another command is given.

  • If you click the Cut button when the motors are disengaged, it will prompt you to Align the Head. After the Head is Aligned, it will then Cut the mat.

  • If you click the Cut button when the motors are already engaged, it will begin cutting the mat.
