52 Degree Cartridge Configurations

  • The 52 Degree Cartridge cuts a 52° bevel into the matboard. 

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds a Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

Select the 52 Degree Cartridge Bevel Type

  • Select the 52° Cartridge tab.

  • Select the desired Bevel Type from the Current Bevel Type dropdown control.

  • Select the cut type from the list below.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type is the Angle that the blade cuts on the Matboard/Fallout surface when it is not cut at a 90° Right Angle.

52 Degree Opening Configurations

The 52 Degree Opening includes the following bevel types:

  • Normal Bevel

  • Reverse Bevel

  • Normal Bevel-Front of Mat

  • Reverse Bevel-Front of Mat

52 Degree Drop Configurations

The 52 Degree Drop includes the following bevel types:

  • Normal Drop

  • Reverse Drop

  • Normal Drop-Front of Mat

  • Reverse Drop-Front of Mat

52 Degree Outside Configurations

The 52 Degree Outside includes the following bevel types:

  • Outside

  • Outside-Front of Mat

52 Degree V-Groove Configurations

The 52 Degree V-Groove includes the following bevel types:

  • V-Groove

The Troubleshooting Utility allows you to bring in a single opening and automatically selects the correct Cartridge tab and Bevel Type to configure.
