Change to the 45 Plus Degree Blade Cartridge

Note: Your hardware may look different than the model pictured, but the process is still the same.

  • The 45 Degree Plus black metal cartridge is labeled 45° (plus) on the end.

  • Older models may have yellow plastic cartridge.

  • Push the blade cartridge release down to eject the blade cartridge.

  • Insert the new cartridge into the Head with the blade facing toward the board and the notch on the back of the cartridge facing the Head.

  • It should click into place.
