Placing Openings onto the Work Space

There are a variety of way of placing openings onto the work space to create your designs.

Click and Drag a Template Thumbnail

Click and drag the desired template thumbnail onto the work space.

The opening is placed on the specified position on the work space.

Click on Template Thumbnail

Click on the template thumbnail.

Opening is placed in the center of mat.

Alternatively, click and hold mouse button on thumbnail and drag opening onto the work space.

Template Selection

Click on the template name button, i.e., rectangle.

Template library opens.

Select tab 1-9 to browse designs.

Click on new thumbnail to select new template.

New template replaces the old template.

A different template can be selected for each of the six template slots.

Array Copy Opening

Right-click on the template thumbnail.

New Openings Screen opens to the Array tab.

Opening Size: Enter width/height of opening.

Click Sizes to select recent or standard sizes.

Click Swap to switch numbers between width/height.

# Openings: Enter number of openings desired.

Columns: Enter number of columns to place the openings.

Rows: Enter number of rows to place the openings.

Spacing: Enter the horizontal or vertical spacing between openings.

Select template, enter layers, select Cartridges.
Click B when finished.

Openings appear on the editor.
