Editor Toggles

The Toggles section on the Editor contains a variety of useful toggles.

Dynamic Outside

Click Dynamic Outside to toggle dynamic outside on/off.

Toggle appears brighter when on.

Turning on Dynamic Outsides automatically applies the border size to the array of objects, adjusting the outside dimensions as necessary.

A new object dragged to the edge of the mat will readjust the outside dimensions as the borders form around the current objects.

Turning off Dynamic Outsides makes the outside dimension fixed.

Borders

Click Borders to toggle borders on/off.

Toggle appears brighter when on.

Borders on allows object edges/centers to snap to border lines.

Borders off allows object edges to be placed without snapping to borders.

Edit Borders

Click on a border line then select properties.

Or, click Edit from file menu then Change Borders.

Edit border sizes in the designated fields.

Borders are measured from edge of the mat to objects.

Even Borders: Select Even Borders to enter a single value to be applied to all border widths.

Unselect Even Borders to enter different values for each border.

Lock Borders: Select Lock Borders to lock border lines so that they cannot be moved via the mouse.
