Exterior Overcut on the Outside

The Exterior Overcut is where the cut continues into the corner before retracting the blade from the matboard on the exterior cuts, such as when cutting a rectangle. 

Exterior Cuts cut into the matboard, not the fallout of the opening.

When making adjustments, click either the minus or plus button (-/+) at the end of the desired field about five or six times in the direction indicated. Click OK and do a test cut.
