With the cursor hovering over one of the Backups or Overcuts, the Status Bar displays the actual physical length of the selected Backup or Overcut.
This value will be the Sum of the corresponding User Configuration setting and the Factory Configuration setting.
The cursor will turn into an arrow with a question mark.
Click on the desired Overcut or Backup line that you are having trouble with.
The Configuration screen will open to the appropriate Cartridge Tab with the Configuration Field associated to the line clicked highlighted.
Now you can easily adjust the value displayed, depending upon whether the item selected is cutting Too Short or cutting Too Long.
Increase the value if the item is cutting Too Short.
Decrease the value if the item is cutting Too Long.
Click OK and recut the design.
Continue adjusting the Configurations until you achieve the desired result.
