To Rotate the Starburst in Trace:

Click Ctrl + A to select all objects on the design. Optionally, click Edit > Select All.
Click the Edit radio button on the Trace and Draw Tab.
On the Rotate Degrees field, enter 30*.

The CutArt will Rotate.
Turn on the Dynamic Outsides if the rotated CutArt falls outside the edges of the mat.

Save the CutArt.
You will get a message stating that this design contains objects that do not have an assigned Bevel Type.
- This refers to the Alignment Lines and Arcs that we didn't Trace.
Click Yes that you wish to continue.
The CutArt is saved.
Load the CutArt into the Design editor.
Cut the CutArt.

Since it is a Deboss design, you can also size it much smaller if desired without worrying about Overcuts and Backups Optionally, you can also bring the CutArt straight to the Cut Preview from Trace. The Starburst design is completed.

You can see how much we changed the design when you compare it to what we started with. You can alter the design greatly by changing the number of sides of the template, selecting a different template, changing the CutArt placed, and even the number of degrees of rotation when you place it on the Editor.
