Select the desired remnant trimming direction on the CMC Z1 and Z (9000z) from the Remnant Trimming dropdown control. This will trim off the remaining section of the matboard to make it easier to store the remaining pieces for future use. |

Set Remnant Trimming to Vertical to set the default to cut the remnant matboard off vertically. | |
Click the Set Advanced Options button on the Cut Preview to access the Advanced Outside Options. Set Remnant Trimming to Vertical. |  |
