Customer ID on the License Screen

The Customer ID is your Wizard account ID. Please have it handy when calling Wizard.

Where to Find Your Customer ID : FrameShop
In FrameShop 4.0.8. and above, the Customer ID and System ID are displayed in the upper right corner of the Main Screen. Click Info You can also click on either the Customer ID or System ID on the main screen to open the License Screen.	Optionally, click

Customer ID on the License Screen Info The Customer ID is the identifier assigned to the customer. Each licensed copy of FrameShop will have a Customer ID.
System ID on the License Screen Info The System ID is the ID number of the Wizard CMC associated with the installed copy of FrameShop. Save-alone copies of FrameShop (software-only) do not have or display a System ID.

Where to Find Your Customer ID: MatDesigner

Click the License button on the Cut Preview to open the license screen.

Optionally, click Options > View License from the MatDesigner main screen.
