Extra Dense Material | |

This is a feature for the VPO Head; not all models have this feature. Click Extra Dense Material if this is extra dense material and you are cutting it with the 90° Cartridge. Adjust the slidebar to the percentage of cutting speed and click OK. For instance, 50% is 50% of the standard cutting speed. When you Click Cut, the Head plunges at the home position and applies the current air pressure. User is prompted to adjust the head pressure to the High Setting. Returning to the Editor After Changing the Blade Depth | |
Changing the blade depth for a layer on the Cutting Preview then returning to the Editor will reload the Default Blade Depth or the selected SKU’s blade depth when you go back to the Cutting Preview. You will need to reselect the Blade Depth if it should be something other than the Default Blade Depth or the selected SKU’s blade depth. |  |

After selecting the desired Blade Depth for the current layer and Aligning the Head if necessary, Click Cut to cut the mat. If the current layer uses a different Cartridge or Blade Depth than the last mat cut, the user will be prompted to change the Cartridge and/or the Blade Depth. |  |
Replace the current Cartridge with the one requested on the Cartridge and Blade Depth Prompt. |  |
Change the Blade Depth Value on the screen by clicking on the -/+ buttons to decrease/increase the Blade Depth Value. The Z1 will automatically adjust the physical Blade Depth of the CMC to this number when you click Continue. Click Continue to cut. |  |
