If Exterior Backup cuts Too Long, Decrease the Exterior Backup.
When Cutting From the Front: Note that you will be looking at the mat as it cut, so use the View From Front image.
š ļø Click the Minus [-] or Plus [+] button in the desired field several times, perform a test cut, and continue adjusting until satisfied.
TheĀ Exterior Backup on the Opening adjusts theĀ Bladeās Plunge (Backup)Ā into the Matboard (Exterior).
If the Exterior Backup leaves Hooks in the corner, Increase the Exterior Backup.
If the Exterior Backup cuts Too Long, Decrease the Exterior Backup.
If the Exterior Backup cuts Too Short, Increase the Exterior Backup.
