Editing the Oval Rotation on Openings

 Oval Rotation Definition

The Oval Rotation controls for Feathers or Bumps on an Oval Opening.

 Feather Definition

A Feather in an Oval Opening is a Fringe of material left behind where the cut started and ended.

The Oval Rotation controls for Bumps or Feathers on an Oval Opening.

If the Oval Opening cuts with a Feather, Decrease the Oval Rotation.

 Bump Definition

A Bump in an Oval Opening is a Lump of material left behind where the cut started and ended.

If the Oval Opening cuts with a Bump, Increase the Oval Rotation.

 How to Select the Bevel Type to Edit

Select desired Cartridge Tab

Select the desired Bevel Type from Current Bevel Type.

Edit the desired Configuration field.

 When Cutting from the Front

Select Current Bevel Type-Front of Mat when cutting from the front of the mat.

*The different Opening Bevel Types, including whether it is cutting from the Front or Back, controls the cut direction of the Head, and determines whether the cut is a Backup or an Overcut.

 How to Adjust the Oval Rotation

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
