Cartridge Type Examples

  • The examples below display the different Cartridges that can be selected from the Cartridge Type Tabs.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

45 Degree Cartridge

The 45 Degree Cartridge cuts a 45° bevel into the matboard.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

45 Degree + Cartridge

The 45°+ Cartridge (45° Plus Cartridge) cuts a 45° bevel into thicker matboard such as 8-ply.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

45 Degree Front Cartridge

The 45° Front Cartridge cuts a 45° bevel into the matboard from the front of the mat.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

52 Degree Cartridge

The 52 Degree Cartridge cuts a 52° bevel into the matboard.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

90 Degree Cartridge

The 90 Degree Cartridge cuts a 90° opening into the matboard, displaying no bevel.

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Bevel Type Definition

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

Deboss Cartridges

The Deboss Cartridges press into the matboard to create a subtle design.  

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Deboss Definition

The Deboss cartridge stylus presses onto the surface of the matboard to create a subtle design.

There are three Deboss stylus sizes: Wide, Medium, Thin.

In addition to Template Shapes, you can also Deboss CutArts, LetterMats and TTFs.

Pen Cartridge

The Pen Cartridge holds a pen to the matboard to draw onto the matboard. 

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Pen Definition

The Pen Cartridge is used to draw onto the surface of the matboard on the CMC to create a design.

You can Pen Designs, CutArts, LetterMats and TTFs.

Vinyl Cartridge

The Vinyl Cartridge cuts designs into a sheet of Vinyl which has been temporarily adhered to the matboard. 

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Vinyl Definition

The Vinyl Cartridge uses a special blade to cut the Vinyl which has been temporarily adhered to matboard to create the design.

Crease Cartridge

The Crease Cartridge perforates the material to make folding it easier when making Boxes

 Cartridge Definition

A Cartridge is the physical component that holds the Blade, Deboss Stylus, Pen or other application tool.

 Crease Definition

The Crease Cartridge is used to apply Crease marks that are used to assist in folding the thicker finished Box.
