Align the Head
Click the Align the Head button to Align the Head into the cutting position and power up the motors in preparation of cutting a mat. For Additional Information: See the Disengage button to cut the power to the motors of the cutting head if the Head is Aligned. Aligning the Head will get the machine ready to cut, but not actually cut. You will need to click the Cut Button to cut the design.
Align the Head Button vs. the Cut Button If you click the Align the Head button, the head will align and remain so until another command is given. If you click the Cut button when the motors are disengaged, it will prompt you to Align the Head. After the Head is Aligned, it will then Cut the mat. If you click the Cut button when the motors are already engaged, it will begin cutting the mat.
