Where to Find Your Customer ID
In FrameShop 4.0.8. and above, the Customer ID and System ID are displayed in the upper right corner of the Main Screen. You can also click on either the Customer ID or System ID on the main screen to open the License Screen.
For Additional Information: Click Options > View License from the FrameShop Main Screen. Click the License button on the Cut Preview to open the License Screen.
Customer ID on the License Screen The Customer ID is the identifier assigned to the customer. Each licensed copy of FrameShop will have a Customer ID.
System ID on the License Screen The System ID is the ID number of the Wizard CMC associated with the installed copy of FrameShop. Save-alone copies of FrameShop (software-only) do not have or display a System ID.
