License Refresh

If you are renting your Wizard CMC, your FrameShop license must be refreshed every 60 days.

The Timeout On date will display the date your current license will Timeout on.

FrameShop will renew your license automatically over the internet on or before this date. An internet connection accessible by FrameShop is required in your rental contract.

If your license isn't renewing automatically:

Verify that your computer has internet access by browsing to a webpage. Ensure there are no firewalls or other software that may be blocking FrameShop's access to the internet.

Make sure your account is in good standing. If you are behind in payments or have not returned parts that were replaced, a license renewal will not be issued. Outstanding parts will place a flag on your account and a license renewal will not be issued.
