If you are running FrameShop version FrameShop 4.1 or above you can update your software by clicking on Options then Check For Update.

The Updates section allows the user to download the content from the Subscribed Vendors. Only vendors that are subscribed will have their products displayed in the software.

Click Vendor Update to Download the Latest Vendor Content

Check the checkbox next to the Vendors that you want to update the content for in the Vendor column, or click the Check All button.

The number of Vendors selected to update will be displayed in the Total Vendors to Update section.

Updated On

The date the vendor data was last updated by the vendor is displayed in the Updated On column. 

Last Downloaded

The date the vendor data was last downloaded from the server is displayed in the Last Downloaded column. 

Refresh List

Refresh List

The Refresh List button will refresh the list of subscribed vendors. This may be helpful after adding a new vendor to the Subscribed list.

Click the Refresh Vendor List button.

The list of the subscribed vendors will be refreshed. 

Update Vendor Content Now

Update Vendor Content Now

Click the Update Vendor Content Now button to update the currently selected vendors. Updates include adding new products, making changes to the current products, and setting marked products as unavailable or discontinued.

Reload Vendor's Product List

To reload the entire product list from the server for the vendors selected in the Subscribed Vendors to Update section, click the Reload Vendor's Product List checkbox.

WARNING: Reloading the vendor product data will lose any manual changes the user has made to the specific products within the software.

Mark New Discontinued as Unavailable

Mark New Discontinued as Unavailable

To mark new discontinued products as unavailable, check the Mark New Discontinued Products as Unavailable checkbox.

If the Mark New Discontinued Products as Unavailable checkbox is not checked, newly discontinued products will only be marked as Discontinued.

The Update Status and Results section displays the pertinent information about the content updated.

The Vendor Content Information fields display the content update information.    

New Products displays the number of new products added.

Updated Products displays the number of updated products.

Discontinued Products displays the total number of discontinued products.
