Subscription

The Subscription section allows to user to select which Vendors to subscribe to in order to download their content.

Subscribed Definition 

Subscribed means that you will get electronic updates to the vendor content. Note that if the user does not Subscribe to a particular Vendor, that Vendor's content will not be displayed within the software.

Available Vendors

Available Vendors

The Available Vendors list in the left column displays the list of all vendors that are available from the Wizard database. The vendors listed in the Available Vendors are available, but not yet subscribed to. 

The user will need to move the desired vendor from the Available Vendors section to the Subscribed Vendors section in order to subscribe to them. Only vendors that are subscribed to will have their content displayed in the software.

The Subscribed Vendors list in the right column displays the vendors that have been subscribed to. Only vendors that are subscribed will have their content displayed in the software.

Subscribe: Move Vendor to the Subscribed Vendors Column

The move right button [>] moves the selected vendor from the Available Vendors to the Subscribed Vendors list and subscribes to the vendor's content. Only vendors that are subscribed to will have their content displayed in the software.

Click on the desired vendor in the Available Vendors list.

Click on the right arrow (greater than symbol: [>]) between the two columns.

The desired vendor will be moved to the Subscribed Vendors list.

Click Save.

Click on the Update Vendor Content button to download the content for the newly subscribed vendor.

The move left button [<] moves the selected vendor from the Subscribed Vendors list to the Available Vendors list and unsubscribes from the vendor's content. Only vendors that are subscribed will have their content displayed in the software, so unsubscribing to a vendor will no longer display their content in the software.

Click on the desired vendor in the Subscribed Vendors list.

Click on the left arrow (less than symbol: [<]) between the two columns.

The desired vendor will be moved from the Subscribed Vendors list to the Available Vendors list.

Click Save.

You will be unsubscribed to the Vendor, and the Vendor’s content will be removed from the database.

The Refresh Vendor List button will refresh the list of all of the available vendors from the Wizard server.            

Click the Refresh Vendor List button. 

The list of all available vendors will be downloaded from the Wizard server into the Available Vendors listing.

If any new vendors have been added, they will be displayed in a pop-up screen.

Click OK to dismiss the pop-up screen.

The Update Vendor Content button on the Vendor Subscription screen will open the Vendor Updates screen which is where to update the Vendor content of the Subscribed Vendors.    Â
