There are three tabs to select from: Single, Multi, and Array.  Click on the Array tab of the New Openings Screen to create an array of the same design.

The Array tab is for adding multiple copies of the same size opening in a grid layout.  

Opening Size

Width   

Enter the opening Width dimension.            

Height

Enter the opening Height dimension.            

Sizes Button

The Sizes button displays a list of Recent and Standard sizes.

Swap Button

The Swap button switches the values between the width and height fields.

Layout

Openings

Enter the number of Openings.

Columns

Enter the number of Columns you want to use when arranging the openings.

Rows

Enter the number of Rows you want to use when arranging the openings.

Spacing

Enter the desired Horizontal spacing and Vertical spacing between each object.

The default setting for the Horizontal and Vertical Spacing can be set in the Admin > Editor section.

Outside Size

The Outside Size displays the outside dimensions of this mat. These fields are not editable.

Width

Enter the outside Width dimension.
           
Height

Enter the outside Height dimension. 

Template Design

Click on the Template thumbnail to open the Template Library to select the desired template for this entry.

Template Library

The Template Library opens.

Note there are several pages of templates.

Click on one of the numbered tabs or scroll through to see a new page.

Click on the desired template thumbnail to select it. 

Layers

Enter the number of Layers. 

Enter the reveal value for each layer.

Select Reverse Bevel if desired.

Set the default setting for the number of layers in the Admin > Editor section.

Set the default Reveal Value in the Admin > Defaults section.

Click on the Cartridge Icon and select the desired cartridge for this layer.  

Note that not all cartridges are available in all scenarios.

For instance, you cannot select the Deboss Cartridge for a template from the New Openings Screen. You would need to take the design into the Editor, create a Deboss opening, then select a template shape for it on the Properties Tab. 

Click OK to bring the design to the Editor to finish editing. 

Alternatively, click Cut to go straight to the Cutting Preview.

Creating an Array within the Editor

Alternatively, you can create an array within the 

Editor by Right-Clicking on one of the Template Slots. 

The Array screen opens.

Enter the sizes and the layout as desired.

Click OK to place the openings on the Editor.
