Problem:

Debris has a chance to build up behind the Air Clamp on the CMC 8000. The debris will bow the Air Clamp out into the rail. This is apparent if the customer places a piece of matboard into the lower rail and slides it to the left, and it begins to bind up.

Clean Air Clamp Rail

Remove the Air Clamp Rail.

Remove the Air Clamp.

Clean out debris.

Replace the Air Clamp and the Air Clamp Rail.
