  • Reset the vertical tension if the vertical belt feels loose.

  • Click Reset Motors to turn off power to the motors.

  • Manually move the Head to the top of the Gantry and down again.

  • Remove the lower gantry cover by removing the screw holding it in place.

  • Manually move the head up on the gantry.

  • With an 1/8” Allen wrench, loosen the Vertical Tension Screw on the bottom of the Gantry rail NEAR the screw that holds the Toothed Pulley.

  • You may see the Toothed Pulley spring out downward.

  • Snugly retighten the screw.

  • Reinstall the gantry cover, replacing the screw you removed earlier.
