The 45° Reverse Bevel Open V-Groove involves two symmetrical cuts: one in the fallout and a corresponding cut in the matboard, both forming a mirrored arrangement a specified distance apart. The matboard core is not visible but the lower layer matboard is visible from the front. The initial plunge position is determined by the bevel type.
First Cut: Cuts the Interior cut into the Fallout Clockwise: Reverse Bevel Drop*.
Second Cut: Cuts the Exterior cut into the Matboard Counter-Clockwise: Reverse Bevel Opening.
*The Drop is one of the categories within certain opening styles, like the initial section cut of an Open V-Groove. However, it cannot be chosen as a standalone bevel type within Designer.
