Vendors Defaults

The Vendors section displays the current vendors in the database.

Click on the Vendors button in the Admin section of the Main Screen to open the Vendors section.

If the Desired Vendor is not Listed
The desired Vendor is not listed in the Vendors section. Unselect the Show Subscribed Only to view all of the vendors. Select the Show Subscribed Only to view only the vendors subscribed to. Subscribe to the desired Vendor to add them to the subscribed list.

Subscription Definition

Subscribing to a vendor means that you will get electronic updates to that vendor’s content.

If the user is not Subscribed to a particular Vendor, that Vendor's content will not be displayed within the software.

Show Subscribed Vendors Only
Select the Show Subscribed Only checkbox to display only the vendors that are subscribed to. Select the Show Subscribed Only to view only the vendors subscribed to. Unselect the Show Subscribed Only to view all of the vendors. Subscribe to the desired Vendor to add them to the subscribed list.

Selected Vendor Information
The Selected Vendor Information section displays the name and prefix information for the currently selected vendor. The Subscribed checkbox is checked if you are Subscribed to that vendor; it is unchecked if you are not.
Vendor Name The Vendor Name is displayed in the Name field. Short Name The Short Name for the vendor is displayed on the Short Name field.
Vendor Prefix The vendor prefix is displayed on the Vendor Prefix field. This is an alpha-numeric prefix code for this vendor, and will precede the SKU numbers in the framing ticket. Subscribed Only Subscribed Vendors will have their content displayed in the software. Subscribed is selected when the Vendor is Subscribed. Subscribed is unselected when the Vendor is Unsubscribed.
Notes Enter any desired notes about this Vendor in the Notes field.
